How Melissa lost 13 pounds in four months
Melissa came to FRVR four months ago wanting to make positive changes in her lifestyle.
During her intro visit we explored goals and what she wanted to accomplish. Not just body goals but how she wants to feel.
Here's what she says now looking back...
"My fear was failing. That I would give up and waste others' time and be judged that I couldn't do what was asked of me. I didn't think there would be alternatives to a specific workout that would benefit me the same way, but I was shown there are always other things to do that help work you up to that level."
"What helped me commit was my need to feel better mentally and physically, and seeing the environment of everyone working together, supporting each other, helped me to give it a try, and now I'm not giving up."

During Melissa's Progress Review this week we discovered she
- Lost 13 pounds since starting
- Dropped a whole 6% body fat
- Gained 3 pounds of muscle
